Requirements
- BS in Engineering degree
- Minimum of 2 years industry experience
- Must be motivated and willing to learn new scientific as well as operational relationships to facilitate the (CFD) modeling, oil in water separation technologies and/or desalination programs in oil field operations
- Must be willing to innovate and research topics that may not be well known or understood
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Conducting field trials and advancing projects related to oil in water separation
- Supporting desalination program including field support work
- Trouble shooting of field operational issues
- Establishing plans to expand existing or pending projects
- Analysis of data relative to various water-oil technology projects and distilling the data to meaningful results
- Presentation of results to Team and Business Units
- Collaborate with immediate Team Engineers and Business Unit Operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD modeling preferred
- Water chemistry
- Oil or organic chemistry
- Statistical analysis
- Data analytics
- Diverse instrumentation methods
- Software abilities: JMP, “R”, Python, Ansys-Fluent, Flow3D
