Requirements

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
• 2+ years of experience in controls engineering or automation engineering
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Initial triage and recovery of faults on 15+ pieces of custom robotics around the factory
• Continuously improve and troubleshoot automation systems, primarily on Robotics, PLCs and Vision Systems
• Integrate and manage spares inventory for active and upcoming systems
• Manage service contracts and preventative maintenance of custom robotics
• Liaise with manufacturing engineering and operators to understand and resolve issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Fanuc Robotics experience
• Moderate to advance knowledge of Rockwell PLCs, HMIs and the accompanying software
• Keyence, Cognex, iRVision experience
• Structured text experience
• CORE certification
