Requirements

  • 2+ years compliance, investigative, or similar experience
  • Investigative mindset with a keen eye for detail and efficiency, while taking pride in handling every case
  • Capability to make informed decisions autonomously, while operating with a degree of decision-making independence
  • Able to work both independently and in a team whilst being enthusiastic and a self-starter
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to understand the nuances of communication with businesses

Responsibilities

  • Safeguard the Trustworthiness of our platform, by enforcing our business guidelines
  • Investigate and identify misuse, such as Fake reviews, Unfair review collections, Brand misuse, and other misuse of Trustpilot’s features and tools
  • Navigate challenging communications and solve misuse scenarios to ensure positive outcomes and adherence to Trustpilot’s guidelines
  • Act as a go-to person for other departments when it comes to Enforcement-related topics
  • Cooperate with departments across Trustpilot by sharing the expertise necessary for building fraud detection tools and technologies that help us to scale better and work more efficiently
  • Assist the Fraud, Investigations & Enforcement team with the development, identification, creation, and maintenance of policies and procedures for Enforcement operations
  • Maintain our open and safe team culture by actively contributing and promoting collaboration, trust, and respect among team members
