Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support and device management, troubleshooting, and administration, with a proven track record of successful projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune is required
- Experience with Kandji or similar MDM solutions is a plus
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft EntraID
- Strong proficiency in Windows Intune, including knowledge of its features, configurations, and troubleshooting techniques
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Apple MDM, Apple Business Manager, and Apple DEP
- Apple Certified IT Professional certificate is not required, but is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain endpoint device management solutions for Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune and Kandji
- Oversee the device inventory lifecycle, partnering with the IT Support team to handle inventory, deployment, replacement, and decommissioning of devices
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement endpoint management strategies and policies while ensuring compliance with organizational standards
- Proactively monitor and maintain the health and security of endpoints to ensure adherence to security policies
- Test, deploy, and manage operating systems and software updates across endpoint devices, applying security patches to address vulnerabilities
- Configure and manage security settings and policies, such as firewalls, anti-virus software, and encryption solutions, to protect devices against threats
- Monitor and troubleshoot endpoint device issues, resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity problems
- Manage and maintain Patch My PC Updater to keep Windows applications updated
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues escalated from the IT support team
- Provide remote technical support to end-users for device setup, software installation, and troubleshooting common issues
- Stay updated on the latest endpoint management technologies and best practices by participating in industry conferences, workshops, and training sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Kandji or similar MDM solutions is a plus
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification is a plus
- Apple Certified IT Professional certificate is not required, but is a plus
