Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute on-site events, celebrations, and initiatives to foster employee engagement and community
  • Supporting employee experience initiatives, including but not limited to, engagement survey administration, peer recognition program facilitation, the facilitation of employee resource groups, and swag procurement.
  • Administering various employee experience software systems.
  • Assist in developing, maintaining, and distributing internal communications to keep employees looped in company news, initiatives, and updates.
  • Providing general support for our hubs, workplace-related services, and general People team initiatives.
