Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ year of Human Resources experience
- 3+ years of Leadership experience managing multiple teams, multi-site management experience preferred
- Experience with leadership development
- Demonstrated ability to build effective teams and motivate employees
- Strong initiative, drive, and strategic planning skills
- Willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance
- Strong technical, interpersonal, and management skills
- Exhibit an understanding of the auto industry, our competitors, and the business climate
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to address complex organizational and talent challenges, offering insights and recommendations to assess and meet current and future organizational needs.
- Develop and implement HR services, policies, and procedures that are measurable, value-added, and aligned with business objectives, aimed at increasing employee success and satisfaction.
- Lead talent strategies related to succession planning, workforce planning, reorganizations, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and future workforce needs.
- Facilitate change management efforts to support organizational growth and transformation.
- Support the implementation and execution of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback processes.
