Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in People (HR) roles with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and leadership coaching.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering large-scale initiatives that drive measurable improvements in employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to champion initiatives and present to senior leaders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (advanced certifications are a bonus).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives across the business to guide people strategy, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Design and implement HR programs tailored to the needs of the CX, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and recommend improvements.
- Lead and contribute to initiatives that span the entire employee journey—from onboarding to exit.
- Develop and implement a company-wide Employee Experience Playbook that defines what it feels like to work at Celigo.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for new hires.
- Support the performance review process, working with leaders to drive a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- Support hybrid and remote populations: Develop initiatives that ensure all employees feel included and equipped to succeed, regardless of their location.
- Advocate culture: Infuse Celigo’s mission, values, and collaborative spirit into every aspect of the employee experience, creating moments that matter from onboarding to departure.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives such as leadership development, diversity & inclusion efforts, and career development.
- Analyze HR data and people metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and drive data-informed decisions that enhance employee experience and business outcomes.
- Evaluate and improve programs: Use data-driven insights, including engagement scores and participation metrics, to refine and measure the success of programs.
- Vendor management: Work with external vendors to deliver high-quality resources and tools that enhance employee engagement and connection.
- Present and advocate for employee experience initiatives and metrics to senior leaders, employees, and key stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced certifications in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (advanced certifications are a bonus).
