Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business management.
- 2 or more years business or market analysis experience required (Financial services).
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills and partnership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high paced team environment.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion and conflict management skills.

- Direct experience with the synthesis of primary and secondary research, market and industry trends information, or client experience reporting as well as knowledge of emerging trends, and strong knowledge of marketing principles.

Responsibilities
- Assemble powerpoint decks and finalist documents in support of broker and finalist meetings.
- Manage broker lists and maintain Salesforce.com contacts.
- Identify broker and client opportunities with tools such as miEdge, Voya Leads, Max etc. to drive new business activity.
- Administer campaigns in Salesforce to create ROI measures around meetings, events and sponsorships.
- Assist in the initial rep review of RFP data to improve IGO percentages and expedite the quoting process, and work with the support team while reps are traveling to expedite broker responses.
- Support proactive renewal process to help increase persistency and profitability of renewal offerings.
- Present updates at weekly sales meetings regarding product, service, etc.
- Identify and vet cross sell opportunities using internal cross sell tools.
- Manage cross sell heat map and reporting for cross sell initiatives with other Voya business segments (401k, Tax Exempt Markets, Investment Management).
- Back up Senior Sales Representatives and Executive Regional Manager when they are out of the office.
- Organize office and regional meetings.
- Coordinate communication of product enhancements, bulletins etc. with the region to ensure consistent messaging including presenting at weekly sales meetings.
- Assist Senior Sales Executives with preparing sold case handoff information to expedite the implementation process.
- Update Salesforce pipeline with accurate premium projections to improve forecast accuracy.
- Provide overflow backup of home office sales support during peak season. Prioritization of Stop Loss opportunities etc.
