Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits or a related field preferred.
- Professional designation (CEBS, RHU, REBC, HIAA, or FMLI) preferred.
- State life, accident, and health insurance license, or ability to obtain, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of insurance and benefits industry practices and quality standards.
- Proven ability to identify problems, evaluate solutions, and implement effective improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive team player with the ability to lead initiatives and support cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of policy and procedure manuals based on HUB Broker Standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy across a variety of materials and processes.
- Provide constructive feedback to teams and managers to promote continuous improvement and standardization.
- Facilitate training for new and existing team members on quality management principles and best practices.
- Produce and analyze reports to support management decision-making and operational insight.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on quality assurance and auditing practices.
- Maintain current knowledge of group insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Support benefits statement production and assist with database administration as needed.
- Oversee and coordinate task assignments for external contractors, providing guidance on prioritization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with HUB’s quality expectations and client service standards.
- Additional duties as assigned.
