Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits or a related field preferred.
  • Professional designation (CEBS, RHU, REBC, HIAA, or FMLI) preferred.
  • State life, accident, and health insurance license, or ability to obtain, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance and benefits industry practices and quality standards.
  • Proven ability to identify problems, evaluate solutions, and implement effective improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive team player with the ability to lead initiatives and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of policy and procedure manuals based on HUB Broker Standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and accuracy across a variety of materials and processes.
  • Provide constructive feedback to teams and managers to promote continuous improvement and standardization.
  • Facilitate training for new and existing team members on quality management principles and best practices.
  • Produce and analyze reports to support management decision-making and operational insight.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on quality assurance and auditing practices.
  • Maintain current knowledge of group insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Support benefits statement production and assist with database administration as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate task assignments for external contractors, providing guidance on prioritization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with HUB’s quality expectations and client service standards.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
