Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Graduate from an accredited law enforcement academy or US Military Police Academy (required)
- 4+ years of experience as a law enforcement officer or military law enforcement experience
- Experience in Use of Force decision making in armed, public facing capacity
- Flexible schedule to include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
- HR218 qualification or ability to obtain CCW certification
- Physical fitness and agility
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Excellent problem solver who demonstrates composure under pressure
Responsibilities
- Routinely patrol designated areas to identify potential risks or emergencies, maintaining a vigilant watch over surroundings
- Swiftly react to emergency calls or incidents, evaluate the situation, and take decisive measures to ensure safety and offer aid
- Work closely with fire departments, law enforcement, and medical personnel to coordinate response strategies and exchange vital information during emergencies
- Participate consistently in training sessions to refine skills, keeping abreast of the latest emergency response protocols and procedures
- Maintain meticulous records by documenting incident specifics, actions taken, and outcomes, ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines and regulatory standards
