Requirements

- 1+ year(s) of experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, Communications and/or Sales
- Familiarity with logic or basic coding skills
- Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company

Responsibilities
- Work closely with Creative teams to create new campaigns, build and implement new emails, and strengthen existing campaigns.
- Monitor daily operations of Marketo and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries.
- Configure and optimize email marketing campaigns using Marketo tool.
- Coordinate with Data Analysts to gain insight into campaigns, projects, and strategies with reporting.
- Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
