Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
  • Minimum of 5 or more years of related work experience with a Bachelor’s
  • Minimum of 3 or more years of related work experience with a Masters or PhD

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Suppliers to develop and refine electronic warfare systems, ensuring alignment with requirements and specifications.
  • Assist in the integration of electronic warfare systems into a tactical aircraft platform, ensuring that all components function together effectively.
  • Conduct assessments of electronic warfare technologies and systems, analyzing performance metrics and compliance to requirements and standards.
  • Develop and implement test plans and procedures to validate the functionality and effectiveness of electronic warfare systems, including both laboratory and flight testing.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, plans and procedures.
  • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the development and integration phases of the electronic warfare systems.
  • Ensure that all electronic warfare systems meet relevant military and regulatory standards, including safety and operational requirements.
  • Support project management activities, including tracking progress, managing timelines and coordinating resources related to electronic warfare system development.
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the lifecycle of products, offering guidance and assistance in resolving complex issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in writing and/or reviewing Environmental Qualification Test Procedures and reports.
  • Experience evaluation Supplier change proposals.
  • Experience with Radio Frequency (RF) analysis.
  • Experience with tactical aircraft programs.
