Requirements

Responsibilities
- Build and assemble electrical and mechanical components for first-of-kind cell test stands, ensuring precision and quality in all construction
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Support the installation and integration of test equipment into the infrastructure
- Perform maintenance and repairs on test infrastructure to ensure continuous operation and reliability
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed assemblies to verify compliance with design specifications
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve build processes and techniques, contributing to a culture of innovation and operational excellence
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing updates on process performance and project statuses
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety throughout the facility
- Monitor and maintain production processes, equipment, and parameters to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
- Conduct regular audits and data analysis to identify deviations, trends, and opportunities for process enhancements
- Troubleshoot equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and identify areas for improvement both independently and cross-functionally
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of process parameters, maintenance activities, product performance
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs)
