Requirements
- BS degree plus 5 years or MS plus 3 years of experience in EE, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or other relevant technical field.
- Experience with Matlab, Python and/or C++ applied to signal processing challenges.
- Active Secret clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Advancing research prototypes to meet customer requirements of special communication protocols.
- Planning and supervising tasks involving 1-3 individuals for small applied research projects.
- Designing and implementing advanced signal processing algorithms in novel hardware.
- Testing in a lab environment and validating in an over-the-air field environment.
- Presenting technical advancements to government customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Independently executes responsibilities with limited review or supervision.
- Plans/directs/coordinates/supervises tasks and 1-2 staff within projects.
- Takes proactive action to anticipate, understand, and meet program and customer needs.
- Position may require some amount of overnight travel.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
