Requirements
- 5+ years in electrical engineering and manufacturing support
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Demonstrated experience in maintaining and improving existing electronic products, with a focus on PCB hardware design and integration within both stand-alone circuits and embedded systems
- Solid experience working with analog circuitry and microprocessors
- Expertise in Altium (or similar) schematic capture and PCB layout software
- Extensive experience using test instruments (e.g., oscilloscopes, power supplies, data acquisition systems, environmental chambers) for troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Provide your expertise to support and enhance PCB and component circuitry for our existing products
- Lead the finalization of production implementations, develop test methodologies, and create production validation fixtures and procedures
- Prepare and finalize release documentation for hardware components, including product work instructions and engineering change requests
- Offer advanced hardware support to various departments, ensuring seamless sustaining engineering activities
- Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams, contributing to project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments
- Share your knowledge and expertise with junior engineers, guiding their professional development
