Requirements
- Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or other relevant technical field with 5 years of experience, M.S. degree with 3 years of experience, or PhD.
- Experience with Matlab, Python and/or C++ applied to signal processing challenges.
- Independently executes responsibilities with limited review or supervision.
- Takes proactive action to anticipate, understand, and meet program and customer needs.
- US citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced Electronic Warfare prototype systems that exploit the RF spectrum.
- Advance research prototypes to meet customer requirements for Electronic Warfare (EW) and countermeasures.
- Plan and supervise tasks involving 1-3 individuals for small, applied research projects.
- Design and implement advanced signal processing algorithms in novel hardware, implement on real-time hardware, test in a lab environment, then validate in an over-the-air field environment.
- Present technical advancements to government customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Plans / directs / coordinates / supervises tasks and 1-2 staff within projects.
- Position may require some amount of overnight travel.
- An active government security clearance.
