Requirements
- Possess problem solving skills, good mechanical aptitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with others and individually.
- Function safely in a cryogenic laboratory environment performing assembly, integration, test, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Have familiarity with analog and digital electrical circuits, experience with coding and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, physics, applied physics.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on work on mechanical and electrical systems and components
- Acquire and analyze electrical device characterization data using various software platforms in conjunction with a relational database system
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize test characterization process. This includes developing and improving novel measurement systems, test procedures, and software
- Analyze data as well as organize, update, and summarize results
- The position requires frequent technical communication with team members, including oral and written reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance
- Active Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI is a plus.
