Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • Knowledge in managing EHS projects and initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report findings and make recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to group projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze environmental data from various sources
  • Identify patterns and trends in data
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate potential environmental impacts of projects or policies
  • Recommend measures to mitigate negative impacts
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
  • Develop and implement monitoring programs to track environmental indicators
  • Evaluate and interpret monitoring data
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders, such as government agencies, community groups, and industry partners
  • Provide updates on environmental initiatives and progress
  • Address any questions or concerns from stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate various environmental projects
  • Develop project timelines and budgets
  • Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest environmental technologies, regulations, and trends
  • Conduct research to support environmental initiatives
  • Make recommendations for incorporating new technologies or practices
  • Work closely with other team members, such as scientists, engineers, and policymakers
  • Collaborate on projects and share knowledge and expertise
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions
  • Identify and address environmental problems and challenges
