Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, health information management, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with EPIC systems in a healthcare setting, with demonstrated expertise in system implementation, customization, and support.
  • Knowledge on how outbound campaign management works using Epic Cheers module is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.
  • Project management experience, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within established timelines.
  • Proficiency with EPIC APIs, including experience with system configuration and optimization.
  • Experience working with healthcare data exchange standards & protocols such as HIPAA, Health Level Seven (HL7) protocols, FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards, and APIs to integrate EHR systems with other platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving SaaS environment, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in healthcare, particularly in areas related to member and provider management, claims, billing, and healthcare delivery, including expertise in Epic and / or other EHR systems.
  • Develop tailored industry solutions by leveraging in-depth knowledge of healthcare processes, regulatory requirements, and technology systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, diagnose problems, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Provide training and educational materials to Acqueon teams on how to most effectively work with EPIC systems, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Accurately document technical issues, escalations, and customer interactions related to Acqueon’s healthcare customers.
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to integrate Acqueon products with EPIC EHR systems using EPIC APIs.
  • Work with internal teams to guide the successful implementation of solutions for healthcare clients.
  • Provide best practices and recommendations to ensure effective system configuration and integration.
  • Support project management teams in delivering high-quality healthcare solutions on time and within scope.
  • Assist in Implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Acqueon contact center software solutions in a wide array of EPIC / EHR customer environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) or Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS) preferred.
