Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science bachelor’s degree / master’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years professional experience in a similar role, ALM experience is a bonus
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, approximately 50-60%
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the ALM EDC, ALM Solution Architects and BSM’s to provide customer and partner support
- Be a self-starter, able to prioritize activities and work independently under the guidance of the ALM EDC
- Provide technical advisory services and mentorship
- Support PTC’s Internal segment processes, the Partner Hub and solicit feedback from the field for segment considerations
- Provide subject matter expertise to Service Offer Management (SOM) to build offerings
- Provide segment-specific subject matter expertise in cross-functional initiatives
- Share segment/industry-specific expertise throughout the technical community of practice. Professional Services and Service partners
- Act as the technical expert and advisor to assist to resolve critical customer issues
- Develop & present technical presentations and customized demonstrations of PTC Codebeamer to customers, prospects & partners
- Organize technical workshops based on customers’ and partners’ business needs
- Suggest potential solutions and/or alternatives to key customer and partner challenges
- Act as technical expert for customer projects, working with our partners, solution centers, and R&D
- Analyze customers’ processes and PTC solutions value
- Create technical documentation, including guides, best practices, and reference materials, to empower customers to make the most of our products
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, working closely with the customer and our engineering teams to find effective solutions
- Contribute to the creation of reference architectures and frameworks that enable customers to scale and optimize their use of our software.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in programming language (Java, C++, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience in one of relational Database technology (Oralce, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience in cloud technology (Azure, AWS, OpenShift)
- Experience in a CI/CD technology
- Understand Scalable Architectures
- ALM Experience would be seen as ++
- Previous management experience would be seen as ++
- Previous consulting experience would be seen as ++
