Requirements
- 3-5 years previous experience
- MBA or graduate degree and/or CFA preferred.
- Experience in Macro Research
- Experience in supporting senior macro strategists
- Excellent inter-personal and writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Secure and maintain applicable licenses
Responsibilities
- Citi Research focuses on delivering high quality investment insights to credit investors on a global basis with a high emphasis on independence and objectivity in its products and insights
- The unit produces regular written research, hosts investor meetings with company management teams, holds conference calls and regularly communicates with clients (both internal and external)
- Research: Assist with the weekly publication and publications related to macro data
- Communication: Assist with client inquiries and requests (internal and external)
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or graduate degree and/or CFA preferred.
