Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including but not limited to event planning, talent acquisition coordinator, social media coordinator, human resources, DE&I, communications, recruiting, etc.
- Complete proficiency in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel a plus)
- Demonstrated project management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to comprehend technical HR related systems architecture.
- Digital savvy and proven ability to pick up new programs/systems/applications quickly
Responsibilities
- Execute the implementation of global early career programs within Canada, ensuring alignment with Sanofi’s global talent management strategies and business objectives.
- Oversee the successful delivery of all aspects of early career programs, including onboarding, training, development initiatives, performance management, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with Global Business Unit/Corporate Function Leaders and HR stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs, provide program updates, and ensure alignment between program objectives and business requirements.
- Lead the development of market-specific customizations of early career talent management materials as directed by the COE, ensuring relevance to local talent pools and alignment with global standards and regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Sanofi, coordinating and executing successful events / programs, positioning Sanofi as an employer of choice within the Early Career Community.
- Act as a point of escalation for program-related challenges, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions to enhance program effectiveness, efficiency, and the overall participant experience.
- Advise and counsel hiring managers and stakeholders regarding early career program policies, processes, and best practices, ensuring consistent application and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual French/English a plus but not required
- Knowledge of recruiting/hiring practices a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High tolerance for multi-tasking and juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
