Requirements
- University or College students currently in their 3rd or 4th year of their program
- Willingness to obtain a Level 1 Insurance License
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the insurance industry
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
- A collaborative team player with a desire to help others
- Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our sales and service teams to interact with clients, understand their needs, assist in preparing client presentations and contribute to tailored insurance solutions
- Gain hands-on experience in managing policies, endorsements, renewals, data management, and assisting in claims processing
- Contribute to market analysis and research projects, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making
- Actively engage in workshops, training sessions, and seminars aimed at enhancing your skills and industry knowledge
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
