Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, systems analysis, or digital merchandising support
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and supporting ecommerce tools and platforms
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Google BigQuery or equivalent data platforms for troubleshooting and reporting
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript, and web-based content configuration
  • Experience working with Order Management Systems (OMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Solid understanding of product data structures, inventory flows, pricing logic, and digital merchandising concepts
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on Quality Assurance (QA), validation, and data accuracy
  • Experience overseeing various projects, adhering to strict deadlines, and thriving in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Effective team collaborator with excellent communication abilities, a passion for solving problems, and a high adaptability to change
  • Experience documenting business processes, user workflows, or system configurations using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar software
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)

Responsibilities

  • Administer end-to-end product data onboarding across the ecommerce ecosystem, ensuring SKU setup, dynamic pricing, inventory allocation, and attribute tagging meet system and business standards
  • Manage product lifecycle execution using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including product scheduling, attribution, and page activation via Business Manager and supplemental merchandising tools
  • Use HTML and web publishing tools to deploy and Quality Assurance (QA) product copy, promotional content, and site experiences that align with brand standards
  • Operate within a multi-system architecture, working with Order Management Systems (OMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and middleware Application Programming Interfaces (API’s) to troubleshoot issues across the digital stack
  • Leverage SQL and Google BigQuery to develop operational reports, automate data validation, and support root-cause analysis of performance issues and system failures
  • Act as a secondary on-call escalation point for ecommerce platform support, ensuring uptime and issue resolution during critical after-hours windows
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including technical workflows, business rules, and data mappings to ensure scalability and cross-functional enablement
  • Conduct rigorous User Accepted Testing (UAT) and production Quality Assurance (QA), validating site updates, product setups, and data integrations across staging and live environments
  • Partner with Site Merchandising, Digital Operations, Guest Services, and Fulfillment to drive accurate execution of catalog data syncs, inventory flows, and order lifecycle events
  • Apply automation-first thinking to streamline manual workflows and introduce tooling enhancements that reduce operational friction and human error
  • Follow and help evolve ecommerce platform governance, including taxonomy standards, tagging schema, and deployment protocols
