Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; Business Administration, Marketing and/or Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of direct experience in B2B e-commerce platforms
- Must be a self-starter, strong business acumen and self-discipline.
- Must display enthusiasm, perseverance, reliability, ethical standards, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated dedication to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Must possess excellent communication and time management skills, be responsive with a sense of urgency, and be skilled at prioritizing efforts and at problem solving.
- Must be comfortable working with software and willing to travel overnight, infrequently.
- Must be willing and able to conduct training seminars and comfortable in the sales cycle.
- Must be able to successfully present regular updates to US Sales Leadership.
- Demonstrated proficiency in use of Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Proclaim the E-commerce solution value proposition to the market.
- Implement a long-term growth strategy in alignment with Americas and Global Center of Excellence expectations.
- Seek feedback from users to improve their experience and increase sales.
- Evolve the mindset of our Market Reach teams to promote Ecommerce solutions as key enablers for a great Customer Experience.
- Deliver digital solution enhancements and initiative rollouts, including training and communication to external and internal stakeholders to optimize participation and results.
- Activate commercial offerings, product bundles and packages to increase sales.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews to deliver continuous improvement.
- Collect regional platform requirements and influence global e-Commerce Center of Excellence product development roadmap.
- Support sales and service leadership with digital solution forecasts.
- Develop and track performance KPI’s; recommend and implement actions to improve.
- Deliver regular performance updates and improvement plan reviews to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Success in influencing teams as a support function, a plus.
- Success in implementing technical solutions a plus.
- Experience in the following systems is a big plus: Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or related data visualization tools, eCommerce CMS/DXP systems (we will be using Uniform), Salesforce CRM, MCAE & Lightning Commerce platform, Working familiarity with Application Programming Interface (API) technologies, C++ certification preferred.
