DPHM Principal Systems Engineer P4

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
8 years’ experience in engineering or an advanced degree and 5 years’ experience
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Meet program and schedule commitments for Component Integrated Product Team
PHM system and sub-system requirement decomposition, validation, and verification
Support development, validation, and verification of on-board software for PHM functions
Advance new technologies for sensors and algorithms for PHM/CBM
Develop Algorithms to enable Condition Based Inspection (CBI)
Mentoring early career engineers in systems engineering

Strong foundation in systems engineering principles
Knowledge of and exposure to aerospace control and diagnostic systems
Experience in gas turbine engine subsystems and their architecture, performance, and analysis
Proficiency in requirements management tools such as DOORs
Proficiency in MBSE methodology and tools such as CAMEO
Experience in coordinating with multiple organizations and operating in cross-functional IPTs
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA
Basic familiarity with Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
Strong ability to effectively communicate, lead, influence and coordinate across teams in strategic projects and initiatives
Familiarity with modern data analysis, signal processing and AI/ML
Experience in programing tools/languages such as MATLAB, Python, C, and Simulink
Proficiency with Microsoft O365 toolset
