Requirements

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelors Degree
  • TEN (10) years of experience in a Working Capital Fund environment dealing with Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management
  • FIVE (5) years of leadership experience in a Working Capital Fund environment dealing with Depot Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or Financial Management
  • THREE (3) years of experience in academic instruction

Responsibilities

  • Attend regular meetings with Government customers to discuss workload, contract performance, and emergent issues.
  • Implement quality control implementation.
  • Produce required contractual and programmatic reports, briefs, and training material.
  • Implement and exercise quality – control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per SOW requirements.
  • Contribute to portions of the project personnel, delivery of reports, and other deliverables.
  • Implement short (tactical) and long term (strategic) work plans to ensure work performance.
  • Contribute to the formulation and enforcement of work standards.
  • Coordinate with Government customer for assignment of work schedules.
  • Review and remediate work discrepancies.
  • Supervise Contractor personnel, communicate policies and organizational goals.
  • Participate in training for incoming contractors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
