Requirements

  • High School degree required, college degree preferred.
  • 1-3 yearsโ€™ experience working in Operations Support or Financial Services.
  • Knowledge of auto finance.
  • Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; Ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational work streams and tasks within the Auto Finance Originations and Funding processes.
  • Determines vendor needs and provides resolution while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Identifies appropriate course of action for more complex issues or disputes.
  • Performs complex data entry, processing, documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to review and manually update reports for leadership.
  • Reviewing accuracy of information.
  • Analyzing and researching items for resolution.
  • Performs quality assurance.
  • Completing and overseeing daily checklist ensuring all controls, procedures and processes relating to the assigned functions are followed.
  • Ensuring all operational risk/issues are identified and mitigated appropriately and proactively.
  • Handles standard documentation associated with daily activities, which may include processing, reviewing, or distributing materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with high volumes of data.
  • Experience working with vendors.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
