Responsibilities
- Facilitate document naming and numbering according to Irving Oil’s approved system
- Perform quality checks on P&IDs, engineering drawings, vendor documents, and work packages for completeness and accuracy
- Review purchase orders to identify documentation requirements at each project phase
- Monitor due dates for technical deliverables and critical safety data (PSM-201)
- Manage correspondence flow, ensuring outgoing documents are accurate, properly routed, and secure
- Organize and maintain records and databases to meet security access standards
- Track project documentation status to ensure timely submissions
- Validate project documentation for format, completeness, and contract compliance
- Oversee the full lifecycle of project documents—approvals, updates, markups, and supplier transmittals—in alignment with Documentum policies
