Requirements

  • Experience in the oil & gas industry
  • Management experience in equipment rental or related industry
  • Proven experience in management

Responsibilities

  • Always adhere to safety practices, company policies, and client regulations
  • With support from the HSE manager, implement the company’s health, safety, and environment policies
  • Lead the branch, planning day-to-day operations and setting clear objectives
  • Organize, train, and schedule employees to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and maintain all rental assets to ensure optimal functionality and value
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring profitability and compliance with standardized business practices
  • Consistently deliver exceptional value and service to clients, maintaining high standards of excellence
  • Enhance customer service delivery while maximizing operational profitability
  • Engage with clients, building and nurturing strong relationships and partnership
  • Collaborate with senior management to enhance market share, improve customer experience, and drive business growth
  • Monitor and maintain profit margins, implementing strategies that align with the business plan for optimal performance
  • Develop and execute district-level sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
  • Analyze and capitalize on market trends and opportunities to drive innovation and growth
