Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar discipline preferred
- An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered
- 4 to 7 years of progress career growth
- Experience in the oil & gas industry
- Management experience in equipment rental or related industry
- Proven experience in management
Responsibilities
- Always adhere to safety practices, company policies, and client regulations
- With support from the HSE manager, implement the company’s health, safety, and environment policies
- Lead the branch, planning day-to-day operations and setting clear objectives
- Organize, train, and schedule employees to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Manage and maintain all rental assets to ensure optimal functionality and value
- Oversee project execution, ensuring profitability and compliance with standardized business practices
- Consistently deliver exceptional value and service to clients, maintaining high standards of excellence
- Enhance customer service delivery while maximizing operational profitability
- Engage with clients, building and nurturing strong relationships and partnership
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance market share, improve customer experience, and drive business growth
- Monitor and maintain profit margins, implementing strategies that align with the business plan for optimal performance
- Develop and execute district-level sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
- Analyze and capitalize on market trends and opportunities to drive innovation and growth
- Champion EnerStar Core Values across all operations and interactions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team development and performance enhancement
- Undertake additional responsibilities as identified and assigned by management
