Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent required
- Successful candidates must pass a background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must not require future sponsorship for employment visa
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Must have the ability to work overtime in support of the department’s needs
- Must be able to commute to the city of Jurupa Valley, CA
- Comfortable with numbers and basic mathematical skills
- Comfortable working in a professional office business environment and warehouse operation.
Responsibilities
- Learn daily processes and input of all customer orders and distribution account(s). Provides daily operational reports that are accurate and timely. Run stock reports to check for product availability. Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checks all orders for special requests and post inventory records.
- Assists others in their duties with all distribution accounts. Work and communicate with customer service and warehouse personnel.
- Assist in analyzing reports and processes. Run reports, manage KPI’s, and conduct time studies of processes. Create business reviews with data and graph templates to illustrate service performance and overall productivity.
- Trace orders as required and work closely with customer service to notify customers of any activity concerning their order. Input all receipts, put-aways, moves, picks, shipments and cycle counts. Review all receipts, orders, move sheets.
- Provide support with other miscellaneous projects. Filing and research of issues.
- Maintain current and accurate procedures manual that detail the processing requirements for each account. Answer phone calls and operate various types of machines and computers necessary to perform duties. Effectively correspond with customers as required.
- Learn and assist with research and inventory maintenance. Audit receipts and orders as needed and conduct spot checks and inventory analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates or Undergraduate Degree Preferred
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize throughout the workday while remaining focused and organized
