  • Guide and support Territory Managers and distribution partners in identifying large-scale growth opportunities and strategic accounts.
  • Review and assess regional performance trends, establish clear KPIs, and implement corrective actions to enhance profitability and market reach.
  • Forecast regional sales, working cross-functionally with internal teams to align inventory, logistics, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth rollout of national product launches, programs, and marketing initiatives throughout the distribution network.
  • Deliver insights on regional market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer expectations to inform corporate decision-making.
  • Collaborate with training teams to strengthen distributor knowledge and continuously enhance the regional sales team’s skills and effectiveness.
  • Partner with key distributor branches to foster strong, lasting relationships with major end-users and strategic accounts.
  • Represent the region at industry events, customer presentations, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and strengthen market positioning.
  • Facilitate constructive, solution-focused conversations, offering technical guidance and product recommendations for complex customer needs.
  • Advocate for brand loyalty and customer retention through proactive communication and superior service delivery.
