2+ years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
1+ years in a lead, supervisory, or managerial role.
Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork.
Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

Assists with coordination of processes and assignments for the distribution area to ensure the delivery of consistent work products.
Executes daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area’s strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.
Manages day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded.
Conducts performance appraisals using various reports, summaries, and procedures as necessary to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency and warehouse operations.
Analyzes reports and provides recommendations to the operations manager on best practices for the section.
Coordinates processes and assignments for areas within the warehouse to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics.
Defines terms for conducting tasks and establishes new priorities for assignments to meet operational success.
Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.

Experience with WMS
Experience with 3PL
Working knowledge of business intelligence.
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills.
3+ years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
2+ years in a supervisory role OR 1+ years in a supervisory or lead role in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
