Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience
- or, advanced degree and 13+ years of relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Contributes to system architecture and leads system Designs and characterization of our complex products.
- Conducts multidisciplinary research and collaborates with firmware, and hardware engineers in the planning, design, development of our products with focus on characterization and risk mitigation for low level hardware algorithms.
- Contributes to user needs and system level requirements; analyzes system capabilities to identify and mitigate product and program risks.
- Works early in the development process to build prototypes and resolve integration issues of the products.
- Presents integration plans and risk mitigations and collaborates with R&D leaders to remove program obstacles.
- Mentors the technical experts to grow into multi-dimensional experts (HW, SW, Cloud, Security, etc.)
