Requirements

  • Utilizing SQL, Power Query, Power Pivot, and PowerBI to pull relevant data from Enterprise databases, merging large, related data sets based on a common field, and analyzing large data sets to identify trends.
  • Utilizing advanced PowerPoint skills and think cell to construct technical, executive-level presentations to convey complex analytical findings, budget, and forecasting to executive leadership.
  • Using financial systems including, SAP, Cognos, and Hyperion to analyze and report financial performance.
  • Architecting star schema relational or multi-dimensional databases for Teradata and Azure SQL server.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related, and 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related, and 10 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the strategy and operating rhythm to support the convergence of T-Mobile’s objectives into the integrated operating plan, and performance management systems.
  • Work with key business leaders across the organization to ensure alignment on cross functional dependencies and targets.
  • Create department culture that enables understanding of critical business drivers and trends, pursue cross-functional accountability, proactively seek knowledge for evolving operational strategies and competitive impacts, prioritize automated solutions/tools, and deliver exceptionally high-quality outcomes.
  • Deliver reporting rhythms to an executive audience ranging from sales reporting to overall performance reporting across operations, technology, and network.
  • Manage relationships, technical roadmap/requirements, and data solutions with our technology partners.
  • Review current processes and workflows and make changes for more productive results.
  • Strengthen MDM (Master Data Management) and Data Governance strategies.
  • Consolidate and report subscriber and account forecasts across products and lines of business and perform ad hoc analysis of complex data sets.
  • Ensure communications to senior leadership are clear and concise.
