Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in social media
- Must have entertainment experience
- Knowledgeable in the TV & Streaming social marketing landscape
- Strong communicator and collaborator
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team that creates and manages innovative brand social media campaigns for our clients, by developing brand strategy, creating and refining brand voice, building out content pillars, conceptualizing social creatives, and engaging with audiences across social media platforms.
- Work closely with client leads, addressing the progress and success of all campaigns and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Partner with Strategy lead and Supervisors for the respective client teams to develop top-of-the-line social strategies for all projects.
- Strengthen client relationships and look for opportunities to grow and expand them.
- Correspond with Platform partners to digest and diffuse relevant new platform developments and best practices, offering strategic applications for shows.
- Provide final quality assurance on larger strategic deliverables and reporting.
- Act as a company-wide expert on cable and streaming verticals.
- Manage full headcount of assigned TV team, acting as their advocate while ensuring quality assurance, best practices, and positive team morale.
- Lead the creation and execution of TV team-specific training, ensure all new hires and current team members are positioned to succeed on the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Multicultural marketing and Agency experience is preferred
- Experience in cross functional campaigns and projects
