Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in total rewards, with a strong capability in global compensation, preferably with Workday.
  • Deep understanding of global compensation frameworks, local labor laws, tax regulations, benefits and cultural nuances in different regions.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead global teams across different regions and cultures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and experience with compensation benchmarking tools and metrics.
  • Experience leveraging technology and automation to optimize total rewards processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership, boards, and external vendors to effectively align and communicate total rewards strategies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management related to compensation and benefits in global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a holistic, comprehensive total rewards strategy that includes wellness programs, recognition programs, and other non-monetary benefits to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals.
  • Develop and oversee global compensation strategies, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs that reflect both global consistency and local market needs.
  • Design and manage executive compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, long-term incentives, and equity awards. Ensure alignment with company performance, shareholder interests, and global market trends.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global benefits strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and enhances employee well-being across all regions. Oversee the design, administration, and continuous improvement of global benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits. Ensure all benefits programs comply with local regulations and international standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements in various regions.
  • Oversee the administration of stock options, including grant issuance, vesting schedules, and exercise processes.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and leverage data analytics to ensure compensation and benefits packages are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with both global and local trends.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits integration during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with corporate strategies.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as international standards where applicable.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure delivery and performance of high-quality, cost-effective benefits and services.

Preferred Qualifications
