Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 8 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 3 years’ supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies, manage and drive the 3P and Walmart networks to create the best delivery experience.
  • Prioritize and balance multiple high-level projects and delivery experience improvements.
  • Understand market trends, the competitive logistics service provider space, eCommerce marketplaces, and how this relates to what sellers want and how they behave.
  • Develop roadmap for key business initiatives and advocate for solutions allowing sellers to optimize delivery and post purchase experience.
  • Drive end-to-end ownership for system solutions for new features working with relevant cross-functional groups including product and engineering teams.
  • Provide program leadership for cross-functional teams to deliver on your strategy across business, product, tech, support, and operational organizations.
  • Work in an agile and iterative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
