Requirements
- Successful track record of managing ISV and Technology Partnerships with a focus on business development, enablement, GTM, and ACV attainment
- 8-10 years of experience in leading strategic partner relationships with demonstrable outcomes in associated software businesses
- Proven ability to navigate and advocate internally for the partner and program, including Product Management, Product Marketing, Operations, Technology Alliances, Support, Professional Services, Training, Sales Ops, and Legal
- Exemplary relationship-building skills, with proven ability to drive lasting relationships of mutual value with partners and sales team
- Knowledge of the advertising, publisher, and marketing technology markets
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead engagement with 5-10 technology partners
- Drive partner executive commitment to raise OneTrust’s standing with partners
- Bring the weight of OneTrust to drive our more strategic partner relationships
- Lead with a consultative approach to build a productive partner relationship
- Represent and present OneTrust and Tech Partner value proposition
- Build actionable business plans to achieve short & long-term goals
- Handle partner contract negotiations and accurate forecasting to management
- Communicate effectively with all levels (C, SVP, VP, Director, etc.) and key decision-makers
- Ability to navigate and accelerate the partner’s leverage of product solutions
- Align with cross-functional teams on external facing messaging for new or existing partners that engage with OneTrust
- Lead account mapping with reseller/ co-marketing partners as well as deal flow mapping and reporting
