Director – Talent Development – Social and Sponsored Content

7-10 years working in talent management, brand partnerships, and digital content creation
Extensive knowledge of all social platforms, and the monetization opportunities for each
Experience developing and producing original social and short-form content
Experience coaching and developing on-air talent in all mediums
Reliable rolodex of agents, managers, publicists, and content creators
Familiarity with talent contracts, partnership agreements, and guild/unions rules

Oversee the development and implementation of talent-based social content strategies aimed at increasing awareness and engagement for both the talent and our brands
Work directly with key on-air talent to develop and define their personal brands, and collaborate with Creative & Content teams to execute personalized content plans that expand the talent’s profile through original social programming
Create and distribute talent centric decks that clearly outline their growth and revenue potential across all avenues and lines of business
Track talent social handles and provide weekly performance reporting to guide strategic shifts on their content strategy to maximize growth and engagement across all platforms
Identify and Secure external talent (ie: influencers/content creators) for brand partnerships and lead all aspects of associated productions
Liaise with internal partners to ensure all contractual obligations are met, and work closely with internal teams to ensure all external expectations are exceeded
Research and Recruit up-and-coming talent to join our editorial teams.
