Requirements

  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the enterprise SaaS or technology/cybersecurity industries.
  • A proven track record of building, leading, and inspiring high-performing recruitment teams while coaching them toward success.
  • Exceptional ability to leverage data and analytics to shape recruitment strategies, inform workforce planning, and tell compelling stories to executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in executive communication, with the ability to scale messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Deep understanding of talent market trends and expertise in workforce planning, including leveraging internal and external data for strategic decision-making.
  • Familiarity with the India talent market is a plus, along with experience in technology and cybersecurity industries.

Responsibilities

  • Build collaborative partnerships with the business leaders and key stakeholders to develop innovative, cohesive recruitment strategy that aligns with organization strategy, growth priorities and workforce plans.
  • Partner with business (Sales) and engineering leaders to develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to support the achievement of recruiting talent at scale.
  • Inspire, develop, and elevate Talent Acquisition team members by cultivating a BRAVE culture of being bold, collaboration, and drive excellence in execution.
  • Optimize talent acquisition projects, processes, tools and technology to drive maximum efficiency and effectiveness that result in an amazing experience for candidates and the business.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen Proofpoint’s employer brand across the region.
  • Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and measure effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendation for improvement.
  • Leverage technology and social media to engage and connect with a pool of talented applicants or candidates in a modern and innovative way.

Preferred Qualifications
