Requirements
- 10-15+ years of progressive experience in full lifecycle recruiting, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring for senior leadership roles, ideally within financial services, professional services, or real estate.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- Proven experience managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred); proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently to senior leadership.
- A proven track record of achieving recruitment goals with a commitment to excellence and a sense of urgency.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, changing priorities, and evolving organizational needs.
- Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong cross-functional relationships to deeply understand business drivers, talent needs, and recruitment goals.
- Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process for senior roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Utilize recruiting resources, in-house applicant tracking systems (ATS), and creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Cultivate partnerships with vendors and professional organizations to enhance the recruitment process and ensure successful placements.
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to optimize systems, processes, and the candidate experience, while enhancing capabilities and performance to drive improved efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline.
- Implement and track recruitment metrics, including status reports.
- Ensure the effective use of the ATS and streamline the recruitment process through regular updates and management.
