8 – 10 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or related roles—ideally with experience in a high-growth or matrixed environment.
Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and improving operational performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with financial modeling and data analytics tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Partner with executive leadership to define and refine company strategy; lead annual and quarterly planning processes.
Develop scalable processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks that drive accountability and results across teams.
Lead and influence cross-functional initiatives—breaking down silos and aligning teams to strategic priorities.
Conduct deep analysis to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
Drive execution of company-wide initiatives and special projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are met.
Serve as a key advisor and change agent to drive alignment and adoption of new initiatives, tools, and ways of working.
