Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the President and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members to determine, prioritize, and execute business strategies
  • Conducting ongoing market and competitive analyses and communicate insights to the President and SLT
  • Supporting the delivery of projects to address and solve key strategic issues facing the business, delivering high-quality results to planned timescales
  • Providing tactical support to implement business priorities
  • Working with leadership to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress toward goals
  • Planning, coordinating, and leading strategy meetings, quarterly business reviews, and workshops
  • Identifying and tracking action items from meetings, following up on progress, and resolving outstanding issues
