Requirements
- 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired along with people management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- MBA, a plus
- CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred.
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications – Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%)
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for a large technology client.
- Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
- Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guideline, AND meeting account level KPIs and goals.
- Oversee compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities.
- Oversight of annual sourcing plan development, actively managing that plan with the business, and executing against it.
- Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk.
- Own sourcing compliance and controls, including, but not limited to, Contract and COI compliance, RFx/Process Improvements, Diverse Spend, and adherence to Procurement Playbook.
- Manage 3rd Party Supplier Performance Management Program, including collaboration with operations teams to develop scorecard through survey and CMMS metrics, sharing results and reviewing with select 3rd Party Subcontractors via QBR process, and delivering a quarterly report to Operations Teams and Client.
- Ensure all sourcing technology tools are leveraged across all assigned accounts.
- Partner teams closely with operations by providing management, detailed instruction and follow up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes.
- Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based method for savings, monitoring supplier’s performance, sourcing effectiveness and communicate these results to the business.
