Requirements
- 10 years experience working in a mainframe environment. A minimum of 4 years managing IT professionals
- Knowledgeable with mainframe hardware, software, and migration concepts
- Fully functional and self-directed
- Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and Word
Responsibilities
- Provides formal mentorship
- High complexity assignments- owner
- Moderate complexity assignments – owner (1 or >)
- Low complexity assignments – provide oversight/review
- Regularly lead self and others and/or established as Product SME and/or established as specialist
- Sees the whole picture and adjusts work accordingly
- Determines need for and Responsible for installing, upgrading, and configuring mainframe operating systems and software
- Meet with potential clients to explain Ensono services and processes
- Assist Solutions Architecture to ensure mainframe solutions are implementable within standards and cost
- Meet with clients on project status and resolve issues or concerns with delivery
- Recruit, interview, and assign associates as necessary for fulfilling obligations including during times of growth and contraction
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL Foundations Certified
- Understands the competitive landscape from both a business and technical perspective
- Experience working with a mainframe services provider either directly of as a recipient of such services
