Requirements

  • 5 years of Presales Manager experience, for the Director, Presales role, to be based in North America.
  • 6+ years of Presales experience including 4+ years of experience working with Planning solutions.
  • Experience recruiting and ramping early in career Solution Consultants.
  • Expertise level knowledge of Enterprise software systems.
  • Experience managing first line managers is strongly preferred.
  • Experience ramping earlier in career individual contributors is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working under pressure and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience driving operational excellence and demonstrate proficiencies in strategic management.
  • Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels (other Presales Directors, presales managers, regional sales directors, regional vice-presidents)

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with the Sales teams and delivering product demonstrations to business users including the offices of the FP&A.
  • Leading a team, establishing processes for working with Sales, and establishing a new set of best practices for ramping Presales Solution Consultants.
  • Celebrating wins, learning from setbacks, and creating a feedback loop that builds an outstanding organization.
  • Involvement throughout the sales cycle from initial qualification, discovery through tailored product demonstrations, deep dives and including executive level presentations.
  • Acting as a trusted adviser to prospects and customers and providing consultation on product capability and value.
