Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. (Required)
  • 10 + Years – Designing and developing technical network and service architectures in a telecommunications environment
  • 7-10 Years – Leading cross-functional teams in the delivery of technology projects
  • 7-10 Years – Interfacing with senior leadership and executive teams to drive technology strategy and innovation
  • Ability to develop long-term visions and strategies to guide the technological advancements of the company.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and direct cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Exceptional technical documentation skills to clearly articulate complex technical ideas and strategies.
  • Capability to build and maintain effective relationships across various departments and with senior leadership.
  • Proficient in creating and delivering presentations to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing large-scale programs, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of telecommunications systems and technologies relevant to the company’s operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Ability to manage and lead through change, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining team performance.
  • Understanding of business operations and the ability to align technological solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and refines technical network and service architectures to enhance the technology portfolio
  • Designs strategies and leads cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of innovative products and services
  • Interfaces with Product teams, Executive sponsors, and Senior Leadership Team members to facilitate program discussions and remove obstacles
  • Acts as an extension of the Sr Vice President, holding managerial authority and contributing to strategic direction
  • Communicates complex ideas effectively across various organizational levels through exceptional technical documentation and presentation skills
  • Guides technological advancements and strategic initiatives within the company
  • Participates in other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed
