Requirements
- 8+ years of quota carrying experience
- 4+ years management experience
- Proven record of success in a high velocity/high volume sales environment
- Experience managing managers (2nd line leadership)
- Understanding of the complete sales cycle (from prospect to close)
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Proven track record of hiring and training individual contributors
- Player coach mentality
- Comfort with ambiguity and change
- Satellite office experience
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales managers across the US.
- Drive an operationally rigorous, high velocity sales organization through an extreme focus on data to drive decision making.
- Consistently beat sales targets by building a consistent sales motion with a culture of high performance.
- Partner tightly with the Marketing and XDR organizations to build the pipeline required to hit sales targets.
- Be directly involved with the mentoring and development of the team. This includes but is not limited to: Lead weekly team meetings to outline objectives and guidance on ongoing/upcoming initiatives. Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement.
- Be the voice of SMB Sales at Dandy, fully and autonomously owning outcomes and opinions on what we need to be doing better and what we need to be successful.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts as well as manage SFDC data to ensure up to date information.
- Manage escalations and participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable in a fast growing and changing startup environment
- You’ve sold to SMB customers particularly in an industry transitioning from analog to digital
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of SFDC and other relevant tech stack
