Requirements
- 7-15 years of relevant Service Business management experience
- MBA preferred
- Highly competitive drive and motivation to ramp the Services business
- Track record of achieving results by assessing key elements required, mapping actions, and influencing stakeholders cross functionally including Sales, Operations, and Engineering
- Ability to identify and address process flow gaps, and develop solutions to empower growth and CSAT
- Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
- Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel to meet customer and attend industry events
- An extreme amount of empathy for our customers and colleagues
- Solar experience and passion for solar are always a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop, define and structure our services offering across multiple areas of the company
- Product leadership partner to driving the growth and execution of Services Sales
- Work closely with the Global Sales/Business Development Team on creative deal structuring and bid strategy and roll out new commercial structure initiatives and product offerings to expand sales
- Serve as the primary cross-functional leader to grow the Services business and roll out new product offerings
- Track and communicate KPIs on the Service business performance to senior management and identify areas of improvement
